On May 20, 2021, the second issue of RED SOFT's exchange-traded bonds under the second exchange-traded bond program began to be placed. The issue with a nominal value of 100 million rubles was fully placed in one day.

Red Soft shall issue exchange-traded interest-bearing non-convertible non-documentary bonds of Series 002P-02 subject to centralized registration under the public subscription within the program of exchange-traded bonds, Series 002P, registration number - 4-00372-R-002P-02E dated April 23, 2020, assigned by PJSC Moscow Exchange.

On May 26, 2021, TAdviser SummIT will be held in Moscow. Russian developer RED SOFT will demonstrate its sanction-resistant solutions and talk about the company's products.
