At the Tyumen Oil and Gas Forum exhibition, the company's specialists demonstrated the RED OS operating system on the Edelweiss touchscreen monoblock computer based on the Baikal-M processor and the RED Virtualization, a comprehensive solution for server and workstation virtualization management.
During the three days of the exhibition, the stand was visited by representatives of the top Russian companies of the fuel and energy sector, as well as the official delegation headed by Yuri Borisov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation. The guests got detailed information about using RED SOFT products in the fuel and energy sector - with giving as an example the switch of the State Unitary Enterprise Chernomorneftegaz to RED OS as well as the cooperation with branches of Transneft PJSC and Gazprom PJSC.
On the final day of the forum, RED SOFT organized a round table discussion on "Digital Solutions and Platforms for Technological Processes in the Oil and Gas Industry", where Rustam Rustamov, Deputy CEO of the company made a report on "Practical Experience of Import Substitution in the Fuel and Energy Sector".
