RED OS plus EMAS - solution for fuel and energy complex

RED SOFT and the National Bureau of Informatization, within the framework of an existing technology partnership, tested the compatibility of their products. The developers confirmed the correct functioning of the EMAS systems (“EMAS.TEP”, “EMAS.TRADE”, “EMAS.OPT”) under the Russian operating system RED OS.

"EMAS.TEP" is an automated system for calculation of technical and economic indicators of the main and auxiliary equipment of power plants. "EMAS.TRADE" is a decision support system for operating on the wholesale electricity and power market for fuel and energy companies. "EMAS.OPT" is a system for digital modeling and optimization of energy-intensive industries.

RED OS is a multi-user, multi-tasking operating system based on the Linux kernel and RPM package base, running on a wide range of hardware platforms, servers and workstations, providing a universal environment for the applications. RED OS is registered in the Unified Register of Russian Software and Databases of the Ministry of Communications of Russia (No. 3751). Corresponds to the information security requirements for the protection profile of "A" type operating systems of the fourth class of IT protection ИТ.ОС.А4.ПЗ, approved by the order No. 119 of FSTEC of Russia dated August 19, 2016.

“The substitution of foreign software in the strategically important spheres of state activity has a high priority. Confirmation of compatibility of EMAS software with the Russian operating system RED OS generates a unique import-independent solution for the fuel and energy complex. We are set to develop it further together with colleagues from the National Bureau of Informatization", Rustam Rustamov, deputy RED SOFT CEO comments.

“Our company highly appreciates cooperation with colleagues from RED SOFT. Joint efforts will allow us to follow the all-Russian trend for the implementation of software solutions based on the principles of digitalization and import substitution, which ultimately will allow us to maintain a leading position in the Russian market of IT products for fuel and energy companies", Bogdan Shatunov, General Director of National Bureau of informatization declared".
