The compatibility of Postgres Pro DBMS with RED OS and Goslinux operating systems is confirmed

RED SOFT, developer of RED OS operating system, and Postgres Professional, developer of Postgres Pro DBMS, signed an agreement on a scientific and technical partnership aimed at cooperation in the field of product compatibility.

The compatibility of the russian Postgres Pro DBMS with operating systems RED OS and Goslinux was confirmed as a result of the tests conducted. The performance and fault tolerance were assessed using load testing methods for Postgres Pro Standard 9.5, 9.6, 10.0 versions, Postgres Pro Enterprise and Enterprise Certified. Tests were conducted in cooperation with experts of the Information Technologies Department of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia. As a result, certificates, that confirm the interoperability and correctness of the software products functioning has been signed.

Goslınux is an operating system built on the basis of GNU/Linux CentOS distributive for 32-bit and 64-bit hardware platforms. OS Goslinux is certified by the FSTEC of Russia, regular inspection of updates is carried out.

Postgres Pro is a Russian DBMS developed on the basis of the open PostgreSQL DBMS. It is included in the Unified Register of Russian Software and Databases, certified by the FSTEC of the Russian Federation and regularly passes inspections.
